Partner Programme
Our Early Access Partner Programme offers discounted access to our technology, enabling vineyard owners to work with us to shape the digital future of viticulture.
How we collaborate with our early access partners
Aurelia is committed to a farmer-first approach, working directly with vineyard managers and growers who bring real-world expertise to our development process, ensuring the technologies and services we create serve the genuine operational needs of modern viticulture.
Mapping & Sensor Deployment
Comprehensive GPS mapping of partner vineyards and vine blocks using a GIS platform to create precise digital twins, followed by collaborative installation of IoT sensor networks including soil moisture sensors, weather stations, and plant health monitors. This foundational phase allows us to begin collecting the data necessary to develop and train our AI models while providing partners with immediate monitoring capabilities.
AI Development & Training
Developing core machine learning algorithms using existing viticulture research combined with real-time data collected from partner deployments. Working alongside our partners, we will build baseline prediction capabilities for key vineyards including disease risk and plant health assessment, variability analysis and optimal harvest timing.
Collaborative Learning & Model Refinement
Working with partners to incorporate their agronomic expertise and field observations as we refine our predictive models. This collaborative development process ensures our algorithms are designed to adapt to diverse vineyard conditions, grape varieties, and regional growing practices while continuously improving accuracy through real-world validation from our partner network.
Network Intelligence & Advanced Prediction
Building sophisticated predictive capabilities that integrate real-time sensor data, weather forecasting, climate modelling, and vineyard-specific historical patterns using the collective data from our partner network. This phase represents the full realisation of our network effect vision, providing early warning systems and optimization recommendations that benefit from the intelligence of the entire connected vineyard ecosystem.
Join our Early Access Partner programme
We have a limited number of places available for new farms to join our Early Access Partner Programme.
Join us before 1st April 2026, to gain exclusive benefits, including subsidised sensor purchase and installation, priority support, and direct input into the development of Aura, our AI trained exclusively for use in viticulture.
These benefits, alongside direct input into our development roadmap, mean that founding partners gain significant advantages over later adopters and offer your business a unique opportunity to collaborate with like-minded businesses as we work together to address the unique challenges of contemporary wine production.

Frequently asked questions
-
The Programme is intended for wine grape growers and wine producers interested in exploring the use of agricultural technologies to improve the efficiency and productivity of farming operations. Partners will gain priority access to our technologies and services as we develop them and before they are released to the general market, allowing them to stay ahead of the curve while providing valuable feedback that helps shape our products and services.
-
The programme is designed for farms in Tuscany, Italy, in the range of 30-100 hectares who are not currently utilising technology in their in-field operations. We are looking for farm owners who recognise the importance of technology in response to economic and environmental challenges, and who are willing to work with us to deploy and test technologies and provide meaningful insights and feedback during the development process.
-
There is no cost to join the Early Access Partner Programme and the hardware necessary to deploy our systems will be provided at a substantial discount. Some hardware and software will be provided for free in exchange for valuable feedback. All our Early Access Partners will receive complimentary support throughout the programme duration. This is our investment in building stronger partnerships and developing better solutions together.
-
Partners will be provided with a deployment of IoT sensors, including soil moisture monitoring, weather stations, vine health sensors, and canopy temperature sensors, along with the software necessary to review the data from these sensors. Partners will also receive early access to our Aura AI when we release it in 2026, dedicated technical support from our team, regular briefings on product roadmaps, and direct channels to influence product development through feedback and collaboration. You'll also gain competitive advantages by implementing innovative solutions before they become widely available.
